In Ghana, many of our students live in small wood structures, they refer to them here as kiosks. The one in the picture below is a new kiosk, Ben and Komlavi (Primary Class 5) students share the one in the picture with the young man, Kwame.

Prior to this house, Ben and Komlavi and other members of their family stayed in a "under construction" cinder block house. The owner is starting up additional work on the house, so they were giving notice to vacate by end of February.

This kiosk in the picture below is in Kissemah, about 10 minutes walking distance from the school.
