My friend, Annette Clarke, who is an expert seamstress, (she's been sewing all her life), is making 30 dresses for the girls at the Mawuvio's Outreach Programme in Kissemah.
Each girl will get a new summer dress especially made for them by Annette. I measured all the girls while I was there in October, we selected six or seven fabrics with bright, fun, colorful prints. My sister, Ana and her husband, Parker donated the funds for the material and Renne's MoM, Barbara Farwell, will be going to Ghana, she will deliver to the girls in December.
Thanks to Annette, Ana, Parker and Barbara for making this possible.
And what about the boys, I am thinking, thinking, thinking. If you have suggestions, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
